The position leads the Messaging team, providing strategic direction, oversight, and leadership while driving the development and implementation of the Bank Group's corporate narrative and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing the CERCM Messaging team, shaping and reinforcing the World Bank Group's corporate narrative, championing narrative discipline across communications activities, identifying and elevating high-impact stories, and monitoring emerging issues and external trends.

Requirements
