Role OverviewAs a Senior Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing components from drawings, blueprints, and sample parts. You will work in a small team environment and be expected to work overtime when needed. This is a day shift position.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include welding, fabricating, and restoring components, assisting in training and mentoring junior welders, and establishing a positive working relationship with team members and internal/external customers.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of five years' industrial/manufacturing welding and fabrication experience
- AWS D1.1 and D1.5 certifications in FCAW (3G & 4G), GMAW (1G, including spray transfer on heavy steel), and SMAW (3G & 4G) processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a shop environment utilizing SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work with minimal direction
- Reliable and dependable (prompt, with good attendance)
- Capable of multi-tasking and adjusting priorities as needed
