Job Description
Hyatt seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to join their Americas Performance Hub team. The role requires technical expertise and administrative coordination to drive operational excellence and consistency across hotel facilities and regional programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Familiarity with life safety systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CMMS platforms (e.g., HotSOS)
  • Proven project management and vendor management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and build effective relationships across all organizational levels
