Role OverviewThis is an hourly position under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, responsible for completing assigned property maintenance and repairs. The role includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and complete special projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in building maintenance, technical training, and high-level experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and painting.
Requirements
- Maintenance of an acceptable CORI
- Valid driver's license
- Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced maintenance and repair skills
- Rough and Finish carpentry skills
- Ability to independently complete tasks involved in repair and remodel of doors, cabinets, windows, etc.
