Senior Family Partner-Fit Spfld

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Senior Family Partner to support and guide Family Partners in delivering peer support and wraparound care to youth and families. The Senior Family Partner will provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to Family Partners, engage caregivers in the wraparound process, and model effective collaboration.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include providing weekly supervision and coaching, delivering trainings, engaging caregivers, supporting family empowerment, participating in Care Planning Team meetings, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with program and agency standards.

The ideal candidate has lived experience as a primary caregiver of a child with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs, at least two years of supervisory experience, and is familiar with child-serving systems and passionate about empowering families.

Requirements

• lived experience as the primary caregiver of a child with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs
• at least two years of supervisory experience, ideally within peer support, wraparound, or behavioral health services
• familiarity with child-serving systems and passion for empowering families
• ability to facilitate meetings, manage documentation, and navigate community-based supports
• comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and EHR platforms
• high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• CANS certification or willingness to become certified upon hire
• valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations
