Job Description
Senior Field Sales Representative responsible for building and executing strategies to grow commercial lines business, including recruiting and inspiring new agents and creating depth in existing agency relationships. The role involves developing and monitoring territorial/state agency plans, executing the entire life cycle of appointments, managing agency production initiatives, and determining profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in P&C Commercial Lines marketing or underwriting
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including competitors, trends, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead talent toward a common goal
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Significant insurance education, such as INS, AU, CPCU or the demonstrated willingness to pursue insurance education
