Role OverviewSmall Commercial Senior Field Underwriters drive the growth of Small CL business by underwriting new business across all lines and sizes of POS and Non-POS accounts. They build and maintain strong agency relationships, partnering with Agency staff and SCSMs. The role involves working closely with and directing the activities of UT partners.
What You Will Do
Categorize and direct UT on next steps, document underwriting decisions, communicate coverages, and instill confidence with agents. The role also involves proactively communicating with agents, soliciting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing accounts.
