Role OverviewSupports site performance through monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and standard reporting. Contributes to monthly reporting cycles, annual planning processes, and ad-hoc requests.
What You Will Do
Performs a blend of tactical and strategic responsibilities, including financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business decision support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with business partnering and using analytics to drive business decisions in a formal financial capacity
- Proven experience operating in a financial role within a manufacturing organization
- Prior experience working with an ERP system, particularly data entry, reporting, and analysis of trends
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to communicate in various formats to external partners and all levels of an organization
