Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 8 years' experience in a senior level Accounting / Finance based role
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar roles
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and management reporting
• Experience working in a multinational organization with exposure to global operations and currencies
• Prior experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or heavy regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments
• Adaptability, problem solver and critical thinker with innovative mindset/drive
