Job Description
Bain Capital is seeking a Senior Finance Associate - Partner Services to provide confidential, professional services to partners and internal investors, including financial information consolidation, personal investment opportunities identification, and loan program management. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency, versatility, and quality of the Partner Services team's deliverables and communications.

Requirements

  • Point of contact for the team via day-to-day management of the group’s central e-mail box
  • Professionally and knowledgeably interact with investors in a client service capacity
  • Day-to-day responsibility and management of all credit facility processing and compliance
  • Perform several ad-hoc services, such as mortgage underwriting assistance, bank/brokerage account opening and ancillary service provider recommendations
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of various systems and applications, including GL, contact management, report generation and distribution, and other systems utilized by groups within the firm.
  • Develop and maintain procedural documents as well as manage various investor-related forms and documents
  • Point of contact for banking relationships, responsible for setting up new accounts, maintaining wiring instructions and authorized signer records
