What You Will Do
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will lead expense management and reporting, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and provide financial options and recommendations. You will also own and enhance the Anaplan Workforce model, lead driver-based budgeting and forecasting, and develop rapid workforce and expense scenarios.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Qualified accountant or equivalent finance qualification
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a closely related finance business partnering role
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and ExCo-level stakeholders
- Strong technical knowledge of expense management and accounting
- Advanced modelling and scenario-forecasting skills
- Experience with Anaplan or comparable enterprise planning tools
- Advanced literacy across PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and enterprise finance / HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
