Senior Finance Manager

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities for the Epicor Consulting Services (ECS) organization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial results, driving reporting excellence, supporting strategic decision-making, and implementing processes and controls that align with company goals.

What You Will Do

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business planning processes, develop and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, partner with business leaders and commercial teams to deliver robust financial analysis, and manage monthly management reporting processes.

10+ years’ experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related disciplines, with demonstrated success delivering business impact, and 4+ years’ experience supporting a consulting services organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related disciplines
• 4+ years’ experience supporting a consulting services organization
• Extensive experience in analytical and quantitative problem-solving, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, and business applications
• Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
