Role OverviewFirst Finish is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our hospitality construction business. This individual will oversee the month-end close, work-in-process reporting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project-related accounting activities.
What You Will Do
The Senior Finance Manager will lead the division's finance and accounting operations, manage and develop the construction finance team, and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience as a Senior Finance Manager or in a comparable financial leadership role within a small to midsized construction company
- Deep knowledge of construction accounting, GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial-statement preparation, and work-in-process reporting
- Strong understanding of construction operations, project financials, and cost-to-complete management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Procore and/or CMiC is preferred
- Public accounting experience is a plus
