Role OverviewThe Finance Manager is responsible for leading the accounting and finance operations supporting Taft-Hartley benefit funds. This role oversees financial reporting, audit coordination, accounting operations, staff development, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, review transactions, journal entries, and account balances, lead month-end and year-end close processes, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading, supervising, and developing accounting or finance staff
