Role OverviewThe Senior Finance Manager, People Team, will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of the People Team by overseeing budgeting and forecasting cycles, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and leading a team to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.

Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles for all HR cost centers, providing accurate and timely insights for decision-making, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and disciplined budget management. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
