Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst - Capital serves as a key business partner responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of capital projects across the organization. This role provides financial analysis, ensures compliance with fixed asset policies, and maintains accurate capital accounting records.
What You Will Do
Interpret and apply accounting policies related to Fixed Assets, Capital, and Catalyst, review and challenge capital projects, complete project economics, manage capital project administration tasks, perform VOWD analysis, and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority for capital projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and business partnering skills
- Knowledge of financial controls, governance, and assurance practices
- Ability to develop and present business-focused reports
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to support accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks and projects at once
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
