Role Overview

Our team leads the Plan-to-Report pillar of the Future of Finance transformation, modernizing how Finance operates across processes, data, and technology to deliver faster, sharper insights. This role serves as a business process leader, helping translate transformation vision into scalable processes, high-quality system solutions, and sustainable business adoption.

What You Will Do

Serve as the business process lead for an assigned Finance function, acting as the primary liaison between the business, Finance leadership, and transformation teams. Lead future-state process design activities that enable driver-based planning, digitized forecasting, standardization, and end-to-end process transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience/training
  • 5+ years of finance experience, with prior FP&A exposure from S&S and engineering preferred, and solid understanding of GM forecasting processes is required
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to develop skills, attend training, network, and solicit feedback
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships across teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
