Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Banking, Public Accounting, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical environment
- Exceptional financial statement knowledge and business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and dynamic dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, analyze, and synthesize large datasets from multiple sources
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
