Role OverviewSupport Finance & Tax, Other Administration, Legal and HR leaders by providing high-quality financial analysis, planning, and decision support. This role plays a key part in the annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning processes, helping drive financial discipline, transparency, and value creation across enterprise initiatives.
What You Will Do
Deliver financial analysis, insights, and reporting to inform strategic and operational decisions. Contribute to the annual operating plan, forecast, and long-range planning processes for assigned enterprise or functional areas. Analyze actual results versus plan and forecast, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate results into clear, actionable insights
- Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning and reporting tools preferred
