Role OverviewAt Bloomberg Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst – Global Compensation will provide world-class support to business partners by providing insight on business performance, financial oversight, and thought leadership. The Global Compensation Team is responsible for all aspects of compensation, including program design, strategy, funding, metrics, regulatory compliance, controls, analysis, reporting, and tools.
What You Will Do
Analyze compensation data, present analyses and findings to business managers and senior leadership, provide advisory services regarding compensation, and partner with other team members in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science)
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Superior financial modeling skills
- Proven track record of being a subject matter expert
- Strong systems experience: Data Visualization tools (such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead presentations in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once, prioritize work, develop and communicate timelines
