Job Description
NYCHA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial and quantitative analysis, review and process financial transactions, and assist in budget modification and contract closeout processes. The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree in accounting or a related field, and at least one year of experience as an Accountant or two years of professional accounting experience.

Requirements

  • Develop financial and quantitative analysis reports
  • Perform quality assurance check of financial transaction packages
  • Assist in budget modification process
  • Review and process financial transaction requests
  • Assist in contract closeout process
  • Assist in development of Capital Federal Plan
  • Process financial transactions on behalf of CPD
