Job Description
We’re looking for a sharp, agile Senior Financial Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our portfolio. You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving complex business puzzles, can distill data into clear direction, and know how to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations
  • Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel models
  • Experience navigating and simplifying complex org structures (franchises, multi-concept brands, or holding companies a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills—you can make numbers make sense to non-financial audiences
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI) and ERP/financial systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion SmartView, etc.)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to rapid change
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
