Job Description
Join Unity as a Senior Financial Analyst to help evolve the company's business model from a SaaS model to an AI token-based, advertising-supported model. As a member of the FP&A team, you will partner with finance, accounting, and business division leaders to engage in financial planning, strategic analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. You will lead the monthly consolidated close process, quarterly forecast, and annual planning to ensure investment and resource allocations are aligned with Unity's strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top academic institution
  • At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting or Investment banking
  • Expert-level ability to parse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within a global technology stack
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and planning skills with an ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Exceptional communication skills with the 'executive presence' required to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse functional areas
