Job Description
Assist with short and long term forecasting and budget functions, planning and reporting, and development and maintenance of budget schedules, reclasses and accruals globally. Assist with financial insights and analysis, and maintain contract management tracking in Smartsheet with Communication to Corporate Legal.

Requirements

  • 2 years of financial budget and forecasting experience
  • Strong to advanced excel skills
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle and Smartsheet
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization
  • Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate meetings with leaders globally
  • Ability to travel for budget, planning, and/or training sessions
