Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst for the Office of Criminal Justice Services (OCJS) applies advanced knowledge of accounting systems & procedures to research & analyze complex financial data, resolve discrepancies, & administer the fiscal aspects of grants while providing guidance & training as a lead worker.
What You Will Do
Research & analyze complex information using critical thinking to resolve errors &/or modify data by administering the fiscal aspect of one or more statewide criminal justice grants.

Requirements
- 42 mos. exp. or 42 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; AND 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- Completion of graduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; AND 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
- 12 mos. exp. as Financial Analyst, 66562.
