Role OverviewAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across the organization, translating large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
What You Will Do
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Manage, clean, and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data from multiple systems and provide clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 5-7 years of experience with financial and quantitative analysis
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data sets
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel required; SQL, Power BI, or similar tools a plus)
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating as a partner to non-finance leaders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadline
- A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and capable of driving projects from start to finish
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment
