Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead and execute complex financial processes across billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring fiscal accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across systems including OAKS, CBOSS, Ohio Buys, KeyBank Navigator, and others.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will independently process high-volume billing streams, review and authorize revenues and expenditures, manage invoice intake, and process refunds. They will also conduct advanced reconciliations of bank accounts and petty cash, and identify coding errors.

Requirements

  • 42 mos. exp. or 42 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Or completion of graduate core program in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in accounting &/or finance to include an advanced level of experience in spreadsheet software.
  • Or 12 mos. exp. as Financial Analyst, 66562.
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
