Role OverviewAs a member of the finance team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key part of the company's FP&A functions, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and other ad hoc financial and systems analysis.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting analyses, deliver financial reports, develop financial models, and participate in process improvement projects.

Requirements
- 5+ years of related accounting and financial analysis experience
- Experience with financial due diligence preferred but not required
- High proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite required
- Experience with Adaptive Insights software highly preferred
- Experience with advanced data analytics and tools (Domo, Adaptive, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Healthcare experience encouraged but not required
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
- A hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills
- High level of comfort presenting information, solid communication skills
- A team player with the self-confidence, presence and consultative skills to positively influence the business
- A tenacious, operationally minded individual with a strong work ethic; an individual with skills in process improvement
- An orientation toward change management and process improvement initiatives
