Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, and portfolio-level analysis across the firm's fund platform. This role builds and maintains cash flow and performance models spanning the portfolio, partners closely with Accounting on data integrity, and delivers analysis that informs executive decision-making across acquisitions, operations, and fund administration.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining fund-level and portfolio-level cash flow models, preparing monthly and quarterly budget-to-actual variance analysis, developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, and conducting general ledger and portfolio data quality reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or real estate finance/accounting
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and cash flow modeling
- Experience working with general ledger systems (e.g., Yardi, Rent Manager) and multi-entity financial data
- Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail; comfort working with large, imperfect datasets
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables against competing deadlines
- Driven, self-motivated learner comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
