Role Overview

The University of Cincinnati's Department of Neurosurgery is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Financial Analyst to join its dynamic team. The Senior Financial Analyst will monitor, analyze, and report on financial data, including cost analysis, budget analysis, and financial feasibility studies. The department is a top-tier department with world-renowned faculty and staff, and the Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with principal investigators, research staff, and departmental leadership to create budget projections and financial plans for grant submissions and clinical trial proposals.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will perform a variety of tasks, including monitoring and interpreting financial data, preparing financial/statistical analysis reports, and conducting financial feasibility studies on new programs. The Senior Financial Analyst will also prepare and assist in budget-related analysis, estimates, and financial reports, and will understand and apply university financial policies to financial transactions.
