Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Director of FP&A to provide analysis to drive our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and achieve business objectives. They will utilize their business operational skills in order to enhance operational performance.

What You Will Do

Financial Reporting Accuracy, Budget Planning (Budget vs. Actual), Vendor Reporting, Pricing & Product Analytics, Market Health Scorecard Reporting

Why It Might Be a Fit

5+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications preferred, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Experience with ERP systems, Financial Planning tools, and Data Visualization tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or CMA certifications preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, Financial Planning tools, and Data Visualization tools
