Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the primary finance partner for our Roanoke manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll work closely with plant leadership to help drive smart business decisions through financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
What You Will Do
You'll lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the facility, analyze monthly financial results, and explain key drivers behind performance. You'll develop financial models and business cases to support investments, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, manufacturing finance, accounting, or a similar area
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations and working directly with business leaders is preferred
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced financial certification is a plus
