Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to corporate executives and business leaders, helping drive decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and insightful dashboard reporting. This role is in-office in Omaha, Nebraska.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will lead for corporate business partners regarding annual budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, monthly forecasting, and assisting leaders to understand the financial 'story.' They will also communicate financial results and business drivers clearly to non-financial partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, mathematics, economics, or applicable field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
