Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for using data sources to provide solutions to urgent business questions, financial / operational insight, and reporting. The role requires developing relationships with stakeholders across the organization and strong analytical and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will support development and prioritization of key finance transformation activities, develop and maintenance of KPIs and business metrics, draft quarterly financial updates, and manage FP&A requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis
• BA/BS in Finance or related field
• Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills
• Advanced excel, visual Basic for applications (VBA) including macros as well desktop and process automation skills
• Demonstrated experience driving finance transformation within mature corporate environments
• Ability to assess current FP&A maturity model, understand drivers, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risks
• Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, make recommendations and drive to a solution
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes of issues and projects
• Experience carrying out complex work with autonomy and make decisions within scope of responsibilities
• Team player who can work across multiple departments and levels within the company
