Role OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to corporate executives and business leaders, helping drive decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and insightful dashboard reporting. This role is in-office in Omaha, Nebraska.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will lead for corporate business partners, corporate department owners, and executive company-level monthly management reporting. They will also collaborate with members of Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Data Operations, Hyperion, and Operations teams for process improvements, data validation, and solutions for management reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics, mathematics, economics, or applicable field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a large organization serving in a finance or accounting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ideal candidate is highly organized and detailed oriented, questions the status quo and is always seeking process improvement and efficiencies in reporting
- Desire and willingness to dig into the details
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
