Role OverviewHDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role combines strong financial knowledge with advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, serving as a strategic partner to corporate executives and business leaders. The position is in-office in Omaha, Nebraska.
What You Will Do
Lead corporate business partner interactions for annual budgeting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting. Develop Power BI dashboards and intuitive visualizations to provide insights to the Executive Leadership team and corporate business partners. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Data Operations, and other teams for process improvements and data validation.

Requirements
