Senior Financial Analyst

• Review, monitor, and analyze ongoing plan performance, including budgeting, claim projections, and premium equivalent rate calculations.

• Lead and support financial modeling, benchmarking, market reviews, and negotiations (e.g., stop-loss contracts, renewals, and regulatory fees).

• Manage complex accounts, projects, and internal processes to deliver high-quality client services.

• Perform detailed data analysis for clients, new business efforts, and performance tracking against unique strategies.

• Utilize financial tools, workbooks, and mathematical concepts to support decision-making.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, carriers, vendors, and subject matter experts.

• Pursue continual professional growth in employee benefits and industry knowledge.

• PA Life and Health License; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel expertise.
• Effective time management, organization, and follow-through abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

This is a primarily remote position; however, candidates should be within reasonable driving distance of the office, as occasional in-person meetings and on-site work may be required.
