Senior Financial Analyst

Requirements

• Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience in a position of significant financial and operational responsibility and data analysis required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Accounting or related field with five (5) years directly related experience.
• Proven ability to research, gather, synthesize and organize information to produce concise reports using various resources.
• Must be proficient in the use of spreadsheets and have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complicated policies and procedures and financial information to a wide variety of audiences.
• Must be able to demonstrate expert skills in identifying key stakeholders, acquiring and preparing financial data, selecting and applying analytic tools, and producing actionable results.
• Academic Medical Center (AMC) Healthcare experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of data mining techniques, emerging techniques and a proactive approach.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion based on the original goals with minimal supervision
