Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support executive decision-making through high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and cross-functional partnership. This role will play a key part in driving operational insights and supporting strategic initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Requirements
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide financial and operational reporting using Microsoft Power BI
Drive monthly reporting, including budget variance analysis, P&L reporting, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A)
Support workforce planning and headcount modeling through ATS data analysis
Partner with Sales Operations to analyze Salesforce data and identify revenue drivers
Oversee spend analytics and support purchasing and travel policy management
Perform complex costing analysis and support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, audit support, and cross-functional projects
