Job Description
Hyatt seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Loyalty & Partnership Finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our culture of care and embody our core values. The role will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Hyatt's Loyalty Program, co-brand credit card, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another related business field
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial ERP / Reporting system knowledge - Hyperion and Oracle preferred
  • Experience supporting loyalty programs, partnerships, or consumer-facing products preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent a plus
