Role OverviewAs a Senior Financial Analyst, Plant Operations, you'll drive financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making for the Deer Park manufacturing site. What You Will Do
Monitor operating performance, lead forecasting activities, support close activities, prepare financial results, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, manufacturing finance, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently solve complex problems and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
