Role OverviewAs a Senior Financial Controller, you will partner with site management to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support business decisions, cost management, and profitability. You will lead key controlling activities including month-end closing, budgeting, standard costing, variance analysis, capital investment reviews, and financial reporting.
What You Will Do
Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support site management and strategic decision-making. Lead month-end closing, cost analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for production sites.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role is considered hybrid, with some days based in Charlotte office and others requiring travel to our different sites. Due to the business needs and expected timeline to fill this position, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and available to start within a short timeframe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Accounting or Mgmt. accounting
- Minimum of 5 yrs’ experience in management accounting
- Strong ACB experience
- Exposure to SAP
- Ability to deal with all management levels
- Thorough understanding of financial analysis techniques
