Role OverviewThe Controller oversees the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role manages monthly closes, reconciliations, AP/AR, and bookkeeping, coordinates with CPAs for tax filings, maintains KPI dashboards, implements controls and improvements, and provides actionable financial insights to executives.
What You Will Do
Ensure timely and accurate close of monthly financials, oversee AP/AR and bookkeeping work, collaborate with Owners on legal paperwork, coordinate with CPAs for tax planning and filings, oversee KPI dashboards and financial reporting, implement financial controls and system improvements, and provide executives and investors with timely financial reports and strategic insights.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, with 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or investment management, and a CPA or equivalent certification.
