Job Description
The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant contributes to the enterprise’s financial reporting and consolidation processes. This role involves leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, preparing financial packages, and managing audit preparation. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement in policies, controls, and systems, while partnering with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles including consolidations, elimination entries, and executive financial packages.
  • Manage external financial audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
  • Oversee the company’s lease portfolio and ensure proper disclosure in accordance with GAAP.
  • Lead/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and related processes.
  • Mentor junior accountants and support onboarding/training.
  • Coordinate with FP&A and Total Rewards to manage the corporate budget and burden rate process.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
