Role OverviewThe Return to Work - Financial Services Representative (SIE) will work in the Wealth Management division, helping clients build, preserve, and manage wealth. The role involves providing excellent customer service, educating clients on Morgan Stanley's competitive advantage, and identifying new opportunities. The representative will work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include fielding inbound customer inquiries, following up with customers regarding outstanding account-related items, and participating in continuing education and development.

Requirements
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status
