Role OverviewHDR is looking for a results-driven self-starter to work within our EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud systems support team. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a meaningful role in maintaining and reviewing the design and configuration of EPM Cloud applications, participate in ongoing testing and design changes, and training users on business processes and systems.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will include system administration and operation of EPM Cloud applications, metadata/master data administration, writing and maintaining EPM system business rules, and maintaining data exchange and pipelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in closely related field
- A minimum of 7 years experience in application management, support or equivalent
- Ability to lead through a highly matrix organization
- Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement change
- High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues
