Role OverviewJoin Firefly Aerospace as a Senior Flight Software Engineer to design and implement high-reliability application-level software for launch vehicles and spacecraft. Work in a small collaborative group through all stages of the launch vehicle and spacecraft design.
What You Will Do
Develop, test, and integrate flight software for Firefly Spacecraft, working closely with other engineering groups for the success of Firefly programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Design and the C++ programming language
- 7+ years’ experience in a software engineering position, or similar
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems, software, and the Linux operating system
- Ability to work closely with other teammates and in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
