Role OverviewLINC is seeking a Floor Supervisor to support daily cross dock operations at GM Lake Orion Assembly in Lake Orion, Michigan. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cross dock operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of inbound and outbound freight in support of General Motors production requirements.
What You Will Do
Supervise daily cross dock operations, lead and develop hourly employees, ensure timely loading and unloading of materials, monitor workflow and productivity, and maintain compliance with safety policies and customer requirements.
