Role OverviewThe Senior Food Service Director will lead a team of food service workers, manage all aspects of a food service department, and ensure customer and client needs are met. The role involves managing a team, budgeting, and ensuring staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards. The Senior Food Service Director will also address customer service needs and confer with other departments regarding technical and administrative aspects of dining service.
