Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed directly with Product Managers and marketing teams across AWS. You'll turn their highest-friction workflows into AI-first systems where AI agents can reinvent how work gets done.
What You Will Do
Build to learn, design the human-agent experience, turn validated prototypes into production architectures, own agent quality in production, build the scaffolding that accelerates the team, and evangelize what's possible.

You are comfortable with MCPs, orchestration frameworks, and tool integrations, and you have the product judgment to know what's worth scaling versus what's just technically interesting. You bring great taste: the ability to distinguish great from good through deep customer empathy, structured problem framing, and relentless focus on adoption as the finish line.
Requirements
- 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 6+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 6+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Strong technical fluency: comfort working directly with engineers, understanding system architectures, and integrating across APIs, MCPs, and data pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to build functional prototypes or near-production artifacts using AI/ML tools, no-code/low-code platforms, or direct coding, not just writing requirements for others to build
